Return & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for purchasing our products.  We are seriously sorry that our products can not satisfy you.  Before you apply to return or refund, please read our Return&Refund policy to confirm that your order is supported to be returned.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, please read our return and refund policy:

  • When you are ready to sign for the package, and finding that the package or product is broken. You can apply for a refund, the freight will be borne by smilecarehealth. Please take some pictures or videoes to prove that firstly. and contact us as soon as possible, then please refuse the delivery of this package.
  • All of our products are supported by the return policy except the accessories, the used products, and expired warranty expired products.
  • Returning or Replacing can be processed within 30 days after receiving your product.
  • If you request a return caused by a product defect, we need a video to confirm this and keep it as a proof. Please send it to our email address. We will replace or refund for you. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Free shipping order will be deducted the original shipping fee upon the refund. The return shipping fee need to be paid by yourself.

  • If you request a return&refund, we will charge you a service fee based onyour payment amount. The fee is mainly caused by the product value impairment and restocking fee.

We can not refund if it happens the following situation:

  • Send products to the wrong address.
  • Choose the return method for cash on delivery.
  • Order the accessories or used machine.
  • The machine can only be replaced once without special situation, and the refund service will be unable to provide after replacement.
  • Logistics lost orders. We will submit claims to the express company on all orders that are not received. And we need our customers to provide a Claim ID. We will not process refund until there is any solution received from the express company. We can re-send a product to you if you want.
  • Regarding cancellation, after the package is shipped out or the package is rejected, the return shipping fee needs to be paid by customers.

    How to return your products:

    1. Contact our Customer Service Department at support@smilecarehealth.com to approve the return with your order number and the reason for the return or refund.

    2. we will give you the appropriate return address. The unauthorized return is not acceptable.
    3. All returns must be returned in their unused, original, condition, in the original case. All parts and accessories must be in the original package and no item is missing. 
    4.  We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (SmileCare Health.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
    5. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 7 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
