Our shop offer worldwide free shipping service for each order over $20.

For orders under $20, a shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged

SHIPPING METHODS

Our shipping companies include USPS/UPS/PRIORITY MAIL/TNT/DHL/FedEx, kindly let us know your preferred carrier if you have any requirements. 

We use different methods of delivery because such an application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number to you through your E-mail. 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

The standard process time of order is between 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the Sunday or holidays. Usually, the orders can be shipped out within 72 hours after getting the payment, not including the weekends or holidays. Please plan in advance accordingly.

Please Notes:
Two business days in a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday and Sunday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

We use different delivery methods for different products,

so the delivery time will be different.

  • Oxgen Concentrator: 

5-10 business days for USA, and 7-15 business days for Canada, Mexico

Europe and UAE.

  • the Other Products

15-20 business days for USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe and UAE.

The estimated delivery time is only for reference and may differ from the actual delivery time.
If you do not receive the package within the above-mentioned time, please contact our customer service team in time, we will spare no effort to assist you to check the status of the package and help you receive the package as soon as possible.(customer service email: support@smilecarehealth.com)

TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at support@smilecarehealth.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.

When you are ready to sign for the package, and founding that the package is broken. please take some pictures to prove that firstly. and contact us, then please refuse the package.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Note:
The address cannot be changed after shipping, so please make sure that your address is filled in correctly after ordering and before shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@smilecarehealth.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
