It has the characteristics of high prevalence, high disability rate, high case fatality rate and high disease burden. The fourth leading cause of death and is projected to be the third leading cause of death by 2030. Therefore, it is called the "silent killer". The early symptoms of cough, phlegm and asthma are easily ignored by patients, and the lung function decline has been serious when the diagnosis is made. The public knows very little about COPD. Many people only know about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and emphysema, but do not know about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Failure to adhere to inhaled drug therapy often leads to acute exacerbation and recurrence of COPD, posing a serious threat to the life and health of patients.
